Electrostatic Painting
The Ransburg No. 2 Electrostatic Paint Gun uses the principals of electro-magneticism. The object to be painted is grounded or given a negative charge and the paint is given a positive charge and atomized in a special revolving disc. The positively charged paint seeks grounded metals and "wraps" around even the most intricate shapes. The paint is statically drawn only to the metal from all directions and there is very little overspray or mess. This process leaves a finish equal to a factory or performing finish. So for a fraction of the cost of buying new equipment, we can transform just about any kind of metal.
